We purchased a model home from Russ in the summer of 2014. After two years we have had zero problems, but it is the elegant design and quality finishings that truly set him apart. Examples include our cabinetry (including seeded glass), granite countertops throughout the entire house, wider hallways, huge entry doors as well as over-sized sliding glass doors, brushed nickel fixtures, etc. We have also toured several of his newer homes (as he continues to build around us) and have noticed that all of his homes are consistently high quality (and high end materials).

We met Russ on a Saturday afternoon and he showed us pictures of a few of his home plans. Although we liked the plans, I wanted to “kick the tires” and see what his homes actually look like. Although Russ didn’t have any model homes open, he was able to arrange a tour in one of the homes he had previously built for an existing customer. Not only was the home beautiful, but the homeowner shared her experience with Casa Bella. Throughout the process Russ explained what he was able to do, and just as importantly, any limitations. It’s easy to find a builder who can promise you the world, but you want a builder who is truthful and will follow-through with their commitment while providing top notch service and an excellent product.
